Remembrance Day – November 11th
On the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month, we observe Remembrance Day across Canada. We gather as comrades, friends and as a community to observe the sacrifice and honour our veterans have made. We honour our past, respect the present and foster the future.
Stony Mountain Remembrance Day Service:
* Service Start – 10:15am at Stony Mountain Community Centre (come early to ensure a seat, doors open at 10am)
* Two Minutes of Silence – 11:00am
* Procession to Cenotaph – following service
* Free Lunch – following procession
